Mug Pancakes

This was our last ever online club meeting, so of course we had to make another mug recipe! What other type of baking can be done in 15 minutes anyway? This easy mug pancake was a perfect after school snack to make together, and was so quick and mess free that it could easily be whipped up as a tasty weekday breakfast! Overall, we all had a ton of fun and will be using this recipe in the future! Note: this recipe can be made in 2 minutes, and baking club recommends adding 1-2T of chocolate chips 🙂
